I've written before about my home brewing adventures that begun this year. Since then, we've kegged and bottled 6 batches and our 7th is lagering right now.
Because of the hops shortage of last year, it seems that many home brewers have taken it upon themselves to grow their own. A friend of ours works at a greenhouse and let us borrow some space there to grow hops. What you see above (if I remember correctly) is our nugget hops (we have three varieties growing now). Later this year I'll be building a hops dryer which I'll also be sure to share.
