Last month we went cherry picking in the central valley with some friends. Though the weather was unfriendly (very hot), it was actually a pretty cool experience. I had no idea that cherry trees could produce so many cherries. Apparently this year has been good to cherry orchards as I've seen a few stories about record harvests.
